TROUBLESHOOTING: If you are experiencing problems with your service, try these simple steps: - Reset the receiver located near your TV by unplugging the thin, black power cord from the back of the receiver for 15 seconds, then plug it back in. It may take up to 10 minutes for the receiver to reset itself. If the problem persists, you may also locate and reset the main switch labeled D-Link or Linksys on or near your utility panel and unplug power to that device for a minimum of 15 seconds. The switch will most likely be located in your utility closet and have green flashing lights. - If you are experiencing a snowy or blue screen, verify that your TV is set to channel 3 or the appropriate video input. - If you are still experiencing a problem, please contact our office for technical support. |
