If your remote control is no longer working there are a number of possible causes. Please try the following steps to resolve your remote control troubles:
1. Press the STB button on your remote control and try changing the channel again.
2. Replace the batteries in your remote control (your remote uses AA batteries).
3. You may need to reprogram your remote control. See instructions under "Use It" to reprogram your remote.
4. Unplug your set top box, wait a minute and plug it back in. This reboot make take 10 minutes. Once your TV signal comes back on, try using your remote control again.
